Lead Pastors

Pastor Chad and Andrea serve as the Lead Pastors at FSM.  Both of them have a passion for Jesus and people!

Pastor Chad is a Purdue and Oral Roberts graduate with a Master's Degree in education.  He is currently working on his Doctorate and has his ministry license and ordination through Calvary Ministries International.  He has had the opportunity to serve as a children’s pastor, youth pastor, elder, and mentor. Chad loves education and worked for Kokomo High School as a teacher and as an Adjunct Professor at Indiana Wesleyan University.

Pastor Chad is all about serving in the community.  He has served on different board of directors for various community organizations and continues to find ways to serve the community more.  He loves kids and enjoys working with them at Bridge's Outreach where he serves as a mentor.  Chad is also involved in the Great Banquet, The Way, and Awakening Communities.

Andrea is an Indiana University graduate with a BA in nursing.  Andrea has served together with Chad as youth pastors, children’s' pastors, and sings on the worship team. Andrea's first ministry though is serving each week with her husband and best friend as they minister to the Fresh Start Family.  Andrea is also active in the community and has served on The Great Banquet, The Way, & Awakening Teams.  

Pastors Chad and Andrea are not complete without their children.  They have one daughter, Elizabeth, and two twin boys, Ethan and Elijah.  They believe in the power of unity and serving as a family for Jesus!

Associate Pastor

Justin serves as the Associate Pastor at FSM and leads worship.  Justin and his wife Jamie were some of the founding members when Fresh Start began in 2003.  Both Justin and Jamie have served in all areas of ministry and are passionate about serving people! Justin is involved with and apart of the Great Banquet, The Way, and Awakening Communities.  He received his ministers license & ordination through Calvary Ministries International.  Justin and Jamie have three daughters -Ashlyn, Madison, and Savanah

Church Secretary

Jamie serves as our church secretary.  Jamie has been with Fresh Start since its beginning in 2003.  She was actually the ministry's first employee.  Jamie has been and is an asset to the ministry.  Jamie serves faithfully not only in the office during the week, but also serves on our worship team and in our childrens ministry.  She works along side her husband Justin and loves to serve the people of Fresh Start.  Justin and Jamie have three daughters-Ashlyn, Madison, & Savanah.

Church Custodian

Jerry serves as the church custodioan, but does so much more.  Jerry was one of three founding board members of Fresh Start.  Jerry currently serves the church as the custodian and other important areas of minsitry.  Jerry loves to serve the people of Fresh Start and has a huge heart!  He and his wife Christy have four grown children and eight grandchildren
